The funny thing is that the square white on black back plate is the same the car had in Italy when it was new. Pity that no Italian province had the abbreviation AS, otherwise the similarity had been perfect. The front plate instead was much smaller than yours. Anyway I agree, original plates are better and in Italy cars with them fetch higher prices.
Very good DIY job, by the way.


Hi Marco, yes I actually applied for MI xx xxx, but the letters show what year and month the car was first registered :(

And AS = 'nice ass' is also OK ;)
